Pizza MARGUERITTA Raquel and Christian 2ESO G

INGREDIENTS:
· 350g flour
· 1 glass of milk
· 10g of yeast
· 20g of butter
· 2 spoonful of parsley
· Slat, pepper and olive oil
· Hum to dice
· 1 packet of Mozzarella
· Tin of tomato

STEPS:

1. Pass through a sieve the flour and a spoonful of salt.
2. Distemper to the fire milk and dissolve in that the leavening.
2. Put the flour in an bowl and spread butter in small pieces, rub with the flour until dissolving it. 3. You do a hollow in the center and spill milk with leavening.
4. Knead on a floured surface 10 minutes, cover with silver paper oiling and let rest 1/2 1 hour.
